This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use SimAbove services, mobile applications, website and eSIM products.

By using SimAbove services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Billing address and company details (for B2B clients)
  • Order and payment related information

2.2 Account and service data

  • Order history and invoices
  • eSIM profile identifiers (ICCID and other technical identifiers)
  • Top-ups and usage records required for billing
  • Communication with customer support via e-mail

2.3 Usage data

  • Technical information necessary to deliver connectivity
  • Service quality and network event data

We do NOT access or process the content of your mobile data traffic, browsing, messages or calls.

Only technical and billing metadata required to provide the service is processed.

  • To create and manage your SimAbove account
  • To deliver eSIM connectivity services
  • To process payments and issue invoices
  • To provide customer support via e-mail
  • To maintain service security and prevent fraud

Where any technical partner is located outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as: EU adequacy decisions, or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

  • Plus legal retention periods for VAT and accounting (up to 10 years in Latvia)
  • Support correspondence – up to 3 years after last activity

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures:

  • Secure payment processing via Stripe and ESTO
  • Regular monitoring of systems

However, internet communication cannot be guaranteed 100% secure.

SimAbove website uses only technical cookies necessary for website functionality. For details see our Cookie Policy. We do not use analytics pixels, Meta pixels or third-party tracking tools.

SimAbove does not store full card details. All payment processing complies with PCI-DSS requirements.
